1.施工作业顺序

放线——挖基槽降地下水——处理基地垫层——设备就位——接管充水——分层回填——安装连接井、检查井——做地面、路面或者绿化。

2.放线挖基槽

施工时根据设计施工图纸中标示的玻璃钢化粪池的型号、位置,确定开挖的基槽尺寸。放灰线开挖基槽,有地下水时应采取降水措施,以保证干槽施工。操作时应遵守国家有关的降水及挖槽规范。

3.处理基地垫层

设备应坐落在土质良好的原状土上,用200mm砂垫层找平,砂中不得有坚硬的砖石及杂物。施工时注意不得超挖,超挖必须回填夯实并保证密实度。

4.设备就位

5.充水、投加填料、回填、接管

就位符合要求后,下面围土并向设备内充水使之稳定。回填土至一定

6.回填要求

回填土中不得含有有机物、冻土以及较大的砖石等硬块,不得回填建筑垃圾,应采用细粒土回填;回填时可按每层虚铺厚度250mm进行,宜用人工夯实,不得局部猛力冲击,特别注意产品下部液角部位回填密实,同时还应遵守施工规范中有关回填土的规定,密实度按设计要求或施工规定执行。

7.安装检查井
